I have a technology related blog http://etipsville.com/ . i'm willing to pay $7 per article for guest posting(providing backlinks of our website) an article at any technology related website having a google page rank of atleast 2.Payment will be done when the article will be published on the website you wrote for.

I'm also willing to pay $150 if you help me in achieving a google page rank 2 in one month (you can do this by guest posting articles and writing articles at my website)..

And if you are professional blogger you must know all the rules and seo stuff. Only serious persons please.
