Project Description:
I run successful e-commerce projects/sites and use adwords and other networks. I wish to expand our sites and traffic generation in the new year. My time is limited and I need an assistant who will help me in every way. My ideal person will be experienced in selecting, supervising and managing outsourced web design. He will know how to design a site so that it works. Knowledge of SEO, adwords, adwords analytics, and all traffic building and tracking strategies essential. What I need is more of a management function than a programming/design function. I need someone to manage the process efficiently and effectively, not do it all themselves. But to do this well, they also have to know what needs doing. I need someone able, creative and intelligent who will use initiative and grow with me. Previous track record and referenc es essential.
