Link Building for TV Streaming Site

Project Description:
I'm looking for a person or team to link build for my site. It's a Streaming TV / Movie site so you'd need to be able to place links in that niche.

Would prefer mostly white hat techniques but I will be listing to all offers.

I want the links placed on all sorts of sites closely resembling my niche. NO PR0 sites will be accepted.

- Links must be manually submitted. Do not use SPAM/bots/automated software
- Links from websites that already link to the site will not be counted
- NO freely hosted sites
- Links must be from relevant sites, no FFA
- No expired domains or domains banned by Google.
- Links should be from English domains, hosted in the UK, CA or US. *BONUS FOR US
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no no follow, redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- Links should be hyperlinked anchor text using numerous related phrases.
- Links must be free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website.
- Links can be on Article sites and if you write articles on my site you get bonuses

I'm hoping to look for somebody long term. When bidding keep in mind you have these two options below.

$15 dollars a week (You must place 10 links a day and give me an excel worksheet with locations)

OR

$40 dollars for this project and I need 180 links with the same quality. (This option is for people that want to do this project in a week or two and not a monthly thing)

If you have a problem with only getting paid before work is done then don't bid.
