I need to improve one of my website ranking so i need someone who can build quality backlinks for improving google rank on 3 keywords.
The site is 1yr old, have pr3 and competition for keywords is very low. My budget is 30$ and time for finish project is not more then 5 months.
I don't expect miracles and i will rather pay one good link 30$ then 3000 directory garbage etc....
