We are looking to get 200 p3+ link for our mortgage site. All the link must be niche related so it can be from (Finance, Mortgage, Lan, Real estate, House market) My goal is to be on the first page of the keyword that I target. For our requirements. 1. Links must be permanent, one way, non-reciprocal (two ways) and static to our website (in-content preferred) 2. Links should be all from different class C IP ranges. 3. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed and page must be static pages 4. Links must be placed on web pages of related content **Important** 5. Linking page must not have more than 40 existing links per page 6. No directories, social sites, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites. 7. The pages should not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the "rel=nofollow" tag. 8. We want to get these links over 4-6 weeks ( DO NOT get all links at once). 9. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. 10. Link must be from pr3 minimum, 11. Create only one link per domain. 12. Link must be from english site only. 13. All links should be from websites from US, UK, Australia and Canada. We require an Excel report with the following information: 1. URL of page the link will be added to 2. Page Rank of page the link will be added to 3. Date submitted We reserve the right to accept a link or not. Please do not bid unless you can’t deliver QUALITY work with quality backlink. We will need some examples of your success in the past as a lot of guys doing link building these days. For the payment, I can pay 50% upfront and 50% after one month that the link are submitted to be sure that they are permanent. I also need to talk to you via msn or a program like that.
