Project Description:

I need 30 PR5 relevant one way links to my real estate website. Pages must be relevant to real estate sites. Link should be built 1 per day for total of 30 days.
Payment will be made by paypal in 2 stages the first is after the first 15 links (after I approve the links) the second is 5 day after project in done.
I will use 3 different anchor texts - 1 anchor text for 10 sites batch.
I will check all links before payment is made. You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before any payment is made: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed.
I’m looking for experienced link builder only! You will have to refer me to sites that have been promoted by you already.
General Link Rules:
* The page my link is placed on must be PR5. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE)
* One link per domain. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
* Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire (no paid or rented links)
* Link must be static html that is search engine friendly
* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days.
* Link page should be from English language sites only
* Links to directories, blog COMMENTS and guestbooks will not be accepted. This includes automated linking directory scripts on sites too.
* Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
* There are no more than 30 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
* Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
* Web sites must be fully developed (Not under construction).
* No sites that require ongoing payments
* Linking page should have no more than 75 outbound links on it
* No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
* No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
* No link from: guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites.
* One way non-reciprocal links.
* Links must be static html links including the choosing target keywords in anchor text
* Links must be in text, no graphics.
No use of automated software – only 1 link per day!
* No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
* Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads;
* Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
* We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

The bids coming in are advertising for large packages they perform that doesn't address what I have asked for. I'm only interested in bids that have to do with obtaining links. If you have a bid for only obtaining links without article writing, that would be great. If all details of my request can't be met, let me know which ones that can. Not interested in all the companies spamming my bids with the packages they offer that don't meet my request.
