About The Site
The site is a static content website about an automotive niche. The site is 3.5 years old with around 10000 visitors per month and 20000 page views. There are over 40 fully original 400+ word articles with proper keyword density and placement. 4 new articles will be added soon. All on- site SEO is completed with H1 tags, meta tags and keywords. However the site is lacking off-site SEO and backlinks.
The Project
I am looking for a SEO expert for off-site SEO of my website. Service provider must be experienced, have high rating on freelancer.com. You should explain exactly what methods you will use for this project and be able to communicate clearly. Provide detailed SEO techniques you will use & verifiable examples of completed projects you have done. I will also require weekly reports of work done so it can be verified. The budget is fixed at $400.
The site niche does not have much competition so it should be a relatively simple project for an expert. When the project is completed, site should rank in first in five in Google for all the keywords. I am expecting to have at least 50000 visitors per month when the project is completed. Below are my expectations.
Terms and Conditions
NO PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE. Please do not bid if you are going to ask for payments in advance. Project should be completed in 90 days. All of the payment will be released once the project is completed.
ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT OR GREY HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT METHODS
- Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised.
- No methods or techniques or software (i.e. senuke) that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox.
- Weekly report about website SEO status which includes created backlinks and other work done.
- No article or Directory Sites, No blog comments or forums.
- Links must be from at least Google PR2+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count)
- URLs must be live as soon as you create them
- Free one-way manual links.
- One link per domain
- The page must not contain more than 10-12 outbound links
- No subdomains, back links must be on a www.
- Links must be permanent and static HTML.
- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, index able and do-follow.
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- Pages must be related to the subject (automotive)
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
- Only these domains .com/.co.uk / com.au /.gov/.edu/.de,.au,.org,.net
- Prefer high ranking Alexa sites.
- No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites, or link directories..
- Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.
* Sites have to be 2.5 - 3 Years old at least
* Links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link
* Sites must be in English, preferably CANADA and USA based, and relevant to site niche and keywords.
* Prefer authoritative domains (.com/.ca/.net/.biz/.org/.gov/.edu/)
* I reserve the right to cancel any link if not deemed suitable
NOT ALLOWED:
* No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc.
* No link from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, COMMENTS, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, porn sites, pharmacy sites etc. (NO "bad neighborhood" sites)
* No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing
* No links from "under construction" pages
