As for payment terms, I am happy to set up a monthly fee and am looking to build an established relationship. However, the first month's fee will be paid into escrow here and released at the end of the month. On someone being awarded the project we will agree certain things to be carried out within the first month which will trigger the release. Once we have an established relationship, normal payment outside of GAF can be initiated. The reason for this is that I have been previously scammed from someone on this site who was paid in advance and didn't do the work. If you do not agree to this, then do not bid.
