4. Link page must be static, search engine friendly(no redirects, cloaking, etc.) Page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt

5.Link pages must be cached by Google, Yahoo.

6.NO link farms, link-exchange programs, NO FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, no teens/children, no classifieds or pharmacy or stocks or mortgage, gaming, guestbooks, no dynamic links, no black hat links.
