Hello and good day to everyone. I need an assistant who knows the following tasks:
***Social media promotion in Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and sites like Pinterest and Slideshare***
-you must know how to manage accounts created on these social media networks. Please be able to show examples of fanpages, twitter accounts, business pages on Google+ , etc as proof of previous experience in managing social media accounts. Please do not bid if you do not have any experience or knowledge in managing ,effectively, social media accounts.
-you must know how to promote a business and its products through these social media networks. In your proposal, explain in detail how you promote a business via these social media networks. Generic explanations is strongly frowned upon. I am a marketer myself so I know what works for these social media accounts and what doesn't. Please do not bid if you do not have experience promoting a business via social media networks.
***Knows how to make Powerpoint presentations to be uploaded to Slideshare***
-Powerpoint files created should presentable for business promotion and marketing
- I do not need someone who just knows how to copy and paste text from a word doc file and paste it altogether on slides. I also do not need someone who do not know how to select appropriate colors and images that fits the business being promoted.
***Knows how to promote an Amazon store***
- Please be able to explain thoroughly how you have promoted Stores of previous clients on the Amazon selling platform. One of the tasks of the assistant will be to promote an Amazon store so it is extremely important that you have a background in selling products on Amazon.
***Wordpress Blogging Experience***
-You must be very familiar with Wordpress and the wordpress dashboard especially in:
-scheduling blog post publishing,
-editing meta data of posts via all in one seo ,
-adding new categories , adding tags, adding descriptions,
-creating new pages,
-enhancing the layout and look of a blog posts ( H1 , h2, bold, italics, anchor linking words and phrases to link to relevant pages of the website, etc.)
***Web Research and Data Gathering***
You must know how to gather business info, contact details, email address, telephone numbers , business names of business and establishments and be able to organize it on a Excel file as a report of compilation
It is very important that you have the initiative and skill on looking for these types of info especially if they are not readily provided on website pages.
English oral communication and written skills is very important! I will immediately reject bidders who are not even able to express their ideas in English. Grammar is also very important.
I will not be entertaining bidders who do not have a microphone or headset for communication.
You must also have a Skype account.
You must be available on a daily basis and send reports on a daily basis.
Photoshop designing skills is a plus!
