We own a safari company in Africa. The website is very good but it does not rank very well in google. We have tried some things but never know if we are on the right direction. We also pay 300 euros per month in ads (google adwords) which we think are not very optimized and we think like we're loosing money with this.
We need someone with a great experience (years) in SEO / PPC (paid per click) campaigns that can manage our website SEO (both inside and offsite), do linkbuilding, improve the website to rank better, maybe article writing/blogging, and improve our PPC campaign (if necessary at all)...
Payment is made on a monthly basis and always based on results. We use Google Analytics to evaluate the results. We have a new account in SeoMoz (free trial) which we don't know if we will keep or not because it is expensive (100$ per month).
