Project Description:
Looking for someone to create a wordpress template from a PSD file I provide. All graphic designs will be done on my part just looking for someone to make my mockup come together. I am currently using a theme from Eloquent Themes that has an options menu built into the theme. I would like to keep most of the functionality they provide within those options. I am still finalizing the mockup and there could be a few more changes within a couple of days but I'm hoping to have this entire project wrapped up within a week.
I am also looking to have a few very minor and extremely simple CSS tweaks made my vBulletin. I want a simple navigation bar built for the header as well as a cleanup of a table I am using for social bookmarking icons.
This is my first time using freelancer so please let me know if I need to provide additional details.
