SQL Server 2008 backend with MS Access 2010 Frontend.
On the form “frm_CLIENT” there is a button “Email Active List to Each Supervisor” when I click that I want to automatically send out a group of emails. One email to each supervisor for the active company.
So there needs to be a loop through the [SupEmail] field in the tbl_INFO for the current [Client]. For each [SupEmail] there would be a 2nd loop through all of the [Active] records in the same table.
I want an email sent to each supervisor [SupEmail] with an excel attachment showing all of the [Active] records for that supervisor. The excel sheet needs to include the [Fname] [Lname] [Group] [Misc_1] Fields. Also a small message like “Here are your records”
Error checking for possibly [SupEmail] could be blank OR maybe a non-email based data. Ignore those active records.
I have attached a sample database. Open “frm_CLIENT” the 3rd record is “WALMART” when this project is done and I hit the button 3 emails should be sent.
So a couple loops through the same table, an email for each result in rs1, with an excel attachment with data from rs2, then move to the next rs1. ect.
