We are a recruiting / staffing company that place workers on contract and permanent jobs with our clients
Our business is to
<LI> get jobs from clients, and then
<LI> our recruiters find candidates for these open jobs (majority of work fr new sftware)
<LI> match jobs and candidates
<LI>work with subcontractors to find candidates
<LI>manage candidate hiring process (get résumés from candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate job offers, contract paperwork)
We currently use a basic Jobs Entry application - built using Cold Fusion MX 6 and SQL Server 2000
There is a shell for candidate database (not usable/not used currently)
We want to build a brand new web based system using <b> SugarCRM </b>
