Transfer/built sqldata from old structure to wordpress

Project Description:
We are looking for someone who can transfer our (news)database from cutenews.ru to wordpress sql tables.* Transfer the news (full story, date, avatarlink,...) from old(cutenews.ru) to new (wordpress)structure.
* Transfer all the newscomments from old to new (wordpress)structure, of course with correct linking with the news.
Tricky part is you can't transfer the data one to one. Some data need to be piked up from 2 tables to merge in 1 or visa versa, need to be converted from epoch to datestamp, comments need to be linked to the correct newsitem, etc...
