Project Description:
A direct importer from other countries and also factory direct domestically we specialize in the shipment of funeral caskets shipped nationwide to the public. A very recession proof job with the benefits of being able to work out of your own home or office. You may or may not know, if someone buys from the funeral home they usually end up paying $1500 upwards to $4000 for the same quality we provide at a fraction of that cost. The new FTC Funeral Rule allows others to pick and choose which goods they want to use for their services, therefore eliminating the monopoly funeral homes once had and allowing families of loved ones to save money.
The job requires that you have either a cell phone or landline phone connection and computer with internet access. I'm looking for at home moms or people looking to just supplement income, retired or just friendly professionals that are interested. Anyone with previous experience in sales, counseling or hospice care is a plus but not required. Take inbound calls off the website from people interested in placing an order and help them understand that by federal law and the FTC funeral rule the funeral homes must accept the casket. Look up air cargo nationwide and quote reasonable delivery time frames and shipping prices. You'll learn how to send the customer their invoice and walk them through the purchasing process while ensuring them that it will be delivered safely and on time to their satisfaction.
You would need to be available 100% to take calls during days you were assigned all the calls and the number of days that you want is completely up to you but needs to be communicated in advance so I can plan accordingly. This has the potential to help you earn money while working from home and only requires that you have a reliable cell phone and a computer with internet access for cargo maps and sending the customer an invoice.
Compensation:
-All phone calls are inbound
-Average 10-20 minutes time spent per call ( Agent must average more then 5 minutes per call )
-Average leads are about 5 calls per day.
-Average commission is $50- $75 per sale and most reps are averaging about 8-10 sales per month
-Looking for a rep to work 3 days a week, possibly 4 (Available during 10 hour shifts)
Qualifications:
1)Friendly and Professional Voice
2)Good Conversation Skills and able to Keep the Customer on the Phone as Long as Possible to Build Comfort
3)Previous Experience in Sales or Call Center Type Environments
4)Able to Operate a Computer with Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
5)Must have access to a computer with internet access
6)Must be very organized and able to handle logistics and shipping details with the customer
7)Comfortable with outbound calls to Funeral Homes in the U.S
8)Good follow up skills
