We are a business based in Australia looking to take on additional admin to help with customer support, managing customers, transferring clients etc. You will be working with our database and processing payments and taking tech support requests, helping people through our website etc.
You need to have perfect english and have great support experience.
You will be working 9AM to 5PM Australian hours - 7AM-3PM (Manila timezone)
You will be assessed by a skype phone call as to your linguistic skills and if you'll be good for our business.
You will undergo extensive teaching of our database and the way its managed.
