As a Senior Account Manager, you would manage our current account relationships - including Global 1000 companies - on behalf of our portfolio of software companies. We would trust you with our most challenging and largest customer relationships.

We might need you to teach others. You might manage not only sales, but also a team of less experienced account managers.
The number one skill you must have is communication – in English, spoken and written. Besides that, you need:
*Experience in sales or customer relations
*Strong writing skills (you could write this job description better yourself)
*Positive and resilient mindset
*Ability to produce even when things are moving fast and nobody’s telling you what to do
*Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
*Strong relationship-building skills
*Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office 2007 or higher and Google Docs
*Quiet work environment (loud children and pets reliably occupied elsewhere), high-speed Internet, good headset, and at least 2 GB of RAM.
*Skype with video webcam
*Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
*Salesforce experience is a plus!
