Expert sales and real estate writers required

Project Description:
I am looking for an English writer to write articles/emails on real estate. You must be fluent in English and have experience in real estate.

I am looking for 66 articles. 22 articles for Property Buyers, 22 articles for Selling Property and 22 Articles for Investors. If you cannot write quality articles or don’t understand how real estate sales works then DO NOT apply for this job. The target audience are people looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate. The articles are to educate them on these topics.

- Target Audience: Buyers, Sellers and Investors
- Length of each article: 400-500 words
- Articles must pass copyscape (writer must provide proof that articles pass copyscape)
- 100% unique
- Title must be at least 6 words
- Articles must be SEO friendly
- Shall contain specific keywords
- Must be interesting to read and informative
- Researched articles must not be full of fluffy words to make the word limit
- You must have past experience in the field and have experience writing articles
- Some example topics will be provided to the successful bidder

Payment

- I will pay $5 per article as I am looking for quality. I expect quality. If you are planning to bid and not planning to deliver articles as required you will not be paid.
- I will pass each article based on its content. Any article that does not meet requirements will not count.
- So for 66 articles that’s $330
- You will be paid for delivery of 5 trial articles, for every 20 articles after the 5 trial articles you will be paid $100.


Trial
The successful person will write 5 articles as a trial. These will be paid ONLY if they are of good quality and deliver on requirements. Please do not waste both our times if you do not plan to deliver on the trial. Upon completion and approval of the 5 articles you will be paid $25. For every 20 articles you will be paid $100, the sooner you complete them the sooner you will get paid. Remember, all articles will need to be approved before payment is released.

Timeframe
Need all 66 articles delivered within 1 week. Don't forget they have to be signed off.
