pre sale system for travel agency

We need a pre-sale system very friendly. Must to run in internet navigator as google chrome. Steps 1 - Start a order ( it would be great if we can get a button direct from gmail to tranform an e-mail in a order in our system ) 2 - Insert numers of passangers ( 2 kinds, Adults and Childrens ) and inform how many rooms must be quoted and link each passenger with the room. 3 - After informed the number of passanger and number of rooms we must to insert the details of the quotation per room per passanger example: Price per Adult of room 1, price per Children room 1, Price per Adult of room 2, price per Children room 2... 4 - Fields to be filled: 4.1 - Suplier name 4.2 - Description of service 4.3 - kind of service 4.4 - net price( at this moment we must to inform if this price are aplicated for all rooms or just for one of the rooms. We must to inform if this price are per person or per room and if is for Adults, Childrens or both. The net prices that could be per person or per room, we must to be a combo box to select this. If it is per room the price must to be divided for the number of persons in the room. If the price is per person is not necessary to divide. We must to get a box to insert the markup per service. 5 - After insert all informations the system must to create a proposal that we can send direct to the client e-mail or we can save this document in PDF. Requirements: 1 - All order must to be a number 2 - All order must to have a status according the quotation moment ( In quote, Waiting Client, Sold, Unsold ) 3 - Register the historic of steps... 4 - 2 levels of users ( sellers and managers ) 5 - productivity reports from seller ( Number of orders x reply time ; orders x sallers ; etc... ) 6 - customer base 7 - We need the possibility to register order models to otimizated the process. 8 - We need the possibility to start a new order based in a old one, save all prices and descriptions just updating the client name. 6 - At final we like to be possible export the order details for excel or txt archive.
