This vacancy is for a software development company creating web applications for Real Estate market. Our products and services are highly appreciated in the market and the company has a very good reputation in its field. We are looking to hire an American native speakers in France to join our Sales & Marketing team. We also need a receptionist/secretary.
The work conditions and benefits of this work are as follow:
1- Learning the details of the company products and services
2- Helping the marketing team for generating more leads through social media and advertising.
3- Taking and initiating sales calls, noting down client requirements, negotiating with potential clients
4- Drafting proposals
5- Ability to close deals via phone or email.
6- Acting as a liaison between the clients and the technical team, following up on projects and quality control if necessary.
7- Writing short articles about the products and services
8- Editing documents
9- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
1- You can work remotely from the comfort of your home or any other quite suitable place.
2- You need broadband reliable Internet Access
3- This job opportunity can turn into a long term job
4- The contract would be based on Freelancing contract and the freelancer is will take the insurance and can declare the income as he/she wish in U.S. or France.
5- The pay would be based on basic salary + commission
6- We start with a part-time contract and after 3 months if both sides are satisfied, it will change to full-time
