Project Description:
Greetings!
I need someone to prescreen candidates in a niche job field and determine whether the candidate meet the minimum qualifications. The chosen provider should be available Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am- 2:00 pm (CST—United States).
A phone script and minimum qualifications will be provided. The average phone screening is 10-15 minutes (should not exceed 15 min). Certain information must be collected and provided to me (name, phone number, city & state, email address). More detailed information will follow after a provider has been awarded.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (speak and write)
• Customer Service Skills
• Internet Access
• Phone Service
• Skype or Instant Messenger
• Basic computer Skills (Email & Microsoft Word)
• Work 20 hours per week
Note: We are open to accepting bids from candidates in other countries. However, you MUST speak ENGLISH! We will select among the top 5 qualified bidders and require a brief Skype interview. Also, the chosen freelancer MUST be able to produce results from their prescreened candidates (at least four hires per month).
