I am looking for a firm or outsourcing company that is able ot handle customizing, building, implementation, and sales management / customer service for our Amazon and Ebay stores. We also want this company to help us in the future to handle our online orders and customer service for our already established official online store.
Our product category is iPhone accessories and we are a single product website. Our Amazon and Ebay stores will also just be this single product. This proudct comes in 3 different colors, and in 5 different styles. Will be explain the details of the product to those interested.
for each store we are looking for them to complete these tasks
- Create Amazon and Ebay store, upload pictures, edit descriptions, set price
- Process and approve orders
- Respond to customer requests, customer inquiries about the product
- Communicate with Warehouse team (our physical office location) to send them order information and inquire about customer request /errors.
- updates to product listings and prices when we instruct to.
- provide useful knowledge and consultation on the direction of our webstore. As well as market research (how are we doing in comparision to other product listings?)
- keep approval ratings and respond to official Amazon and Ebay emails in a quick and timely manner.
- other small tasks in managing a website on Amazon and Ebay
The firm we are looking for should have
- english speakers and writers.
- knowledge in building and managing online stores (experience)
- Observational skills in asssing our sales and performance in these channels
- Ability to communicate effectively, not only to our warehouse staff, but to customers that expect a timely and meaningful response.
