We are looking for someone to so start with a new trail account "Blank" Canvas. Then create us a solution that allows us to Manage different areas of our business.

Manage Accounts from start to end
Manage Vendors
Claims (from request to closed status)

Vendors (Service contractors and Realtors) will be linked to customers (one contractor and realtor per customer account).
Claims will be linked to customers and Service Contractors. Only when they have a claim
Automatic emails since on milestones.
Automatic activities generated from dates entered or other actions.

Thats a start. Take a look at the PowerPoint slides and provide us with a bid.

We will be using an edition of Saleforce that allows self service portals. So must be set up also. We need portals for customers to manage their accounts and submit claim request and flow their claims.
Realtors to manager their accounts and enter a new lead that links it to there account
Servicer to manage their accounts anad enter updates to a claim file they are servicing

You must have extensive background with working with SalesForce and examples of your work.
