Project Description:
Need a Salesforce.com developer to build a custom CONVERT A LEAD page. The standard page is attached. We are seeking to only retain the top CONVERT LEAD section (outlined in red) and lose the botttom sections (TASK INFO, ADDITIONAL INFO, REMINDER)

We understand this is custom visual force/APEX work.
