Project Description:
On behalf of a client we would like to have a freelancer that will work on a salesforce.com project.
Intitaly he/she will handle 4 countries
Salesforce is used for medical reps
For every country as a start the freelancer will have to :
1. import data doctors, activities etc
2. built up 7 reports ( normaly it will be 5 reports)
3. train one med rep administrator (online or onsite if not possible - travelling expenses will be paid)
For every country he/she will take over support replying to 1 admin for each country with a response in 24h
Any new requests except the points 1,2,3 for every country e.g. new reports, will be charged by making an adhoc offer at the time they are asked.
Fees:
for each new country implemented ( point 1,2,3) it is offered 2000 euro - one off- per country.
for support with 24h response - 1 person per country will talk with freelancer- per month : 200 euro/country per month.
(Each country has 1 admin rep and 3-10 med reps users)
Project will start asap with 4 countries which will evolve to 10.
We do not require custom development but we require that a freelancer to know how to create excellent reports.
Required very good communication skills in English language.
