CRON JOB

Hi, I need a quick CRON JOB to do the following: 1: Remove (delete from source and move to destination) files older than 1 week from a particular folder(and its subfolders) and compress them and ftp to another location weekly. 2: The directory structure should be maintained. both at source and the copy. 3: Only REMOVE files of cetain extensions (txt and csv) for example. 4: Instructions on how to run and install the CRON. I have included folder and files sample for how they might look at source and what is expected at destination. NOTICE how the directory structure is maintained but only certain files are included. Source is UNIX and Destination is WINDOWS. Cheers US
