VBScript for AD and DHCP

I need a VBScript that uses WMI to do the following steps below and? I would like the script to be modular so I can pull sections out easily: 1.? Ping range of IP addresses and if available then: 2.? Using Domain Admin credentials pull the following info - computername, IP addresses, MAC Address,? O/S, is the IP dynamic, what OU the computer is in AD, look for a certain file to see if it exists, DNS info, is there a DHCP reservation for the IP, store the information in variables, then display the information 3.? Switch the IP address from static to dynamic if I want 4.? Create or delete the DHCP reservation 5.? Move the computer account to a different OU if I want 6.? Delete the existing DNS entry or create a new one if I want 7.? Log all of the information and results in a text file.
