delphi coder for soem month

looking for an experienced DELPHI Coder.
Minimum 3 month time of coding
(additional VB or PHP coding knowledge helpful)

We work through vpn client and radmin software.

We need a full time programmer freelancer who is an Delphi programming expert and has at least 3-5 years of industry experience.
Please bid only if you meet this requirement.

You need to develop/update existing code (no I make all new)!
You need to code interface usb/LAN/individual
You need to work with unicode

Min 40h/week
Working time per day during working hours
Fully remote work on delphi 7 Win7 32 and 64 bit machines

The salary depend on your skills.
We need to test you before getting hired.

Additional QUALIFICATIONS
Do you have knowledge in coding
- silverlight
- Visual Basic
- PHP

1- I expect email / correspondance at least ever two days

3- If you fail to work regular and in time frame I will cancel the project within 3 days. So quote ONLY when you are able and willing to work correct and in time lines
