Project Description:

Telematics is the integrated use of telecommunications (or internet feeds) and informatics, also known as ICT (Information and Communications Technology). More specifically it is the science of sending, receiving and storing information via the web. I am looking for an experienced developer of this nature to design a program that is very similar in nature to www.captivate.ca (please look at the demo) and www.officemedia.com. These companies use expensive wireless telecommunications within elevator shafts but my project does not require it. I just need the messages to come via the web. However, the news and messages are tailored based on the city/location. By no means do I think this is an easy project and thus I am only looking for individuals or companies who have experience in this field.
