The form page on my website does not work. My original web page designers did somethings wrong.
Here are the errors that need to be fixed:
I have noticed that the you have setup the action attribute of the script 'form_mail.html' to 'form_mail_review.php' and have also not configured the script correctly and is hence experiencing issues with the functionality of the form at the URL 'http://?.ipower.com/form_mail.html'. Also you have not mentioned where exactly you want to setup the contact page wherein an applicant can attach the resume or copy and paste it to the e-mail.
You need to re-check the functionality of the URL 'http://?.ipower.com/form_mail.html' after configuring the script correctly and get back to us with more information regarding where exactly you want to make the changes to the application as mentioned above.
I would also like to ad an upload a file option.
