SHAREPOINT ONLINE / OFFICE 365 SMALL BUSINESS PREMIUM:

I run a small business that needs a journal / record keeping system for storing sensitive information about clients. It must be easy to take notes on individual clients, and to link other documents to individual clients.

I use Office 365 Small Business Premium, and that is the platform the system must be built on (Sharepoint online). I do not want forced sync with local disk, only selective sync or no sync. I will also be the only person who needs access to the files.

I will provide info about what kind of information is needed about clients, but it is quite limited. I will need instructions on how to use the system.
