Project Description:
Here is my requirment:
1. Fast turnaround, 2 days max.
2. After you deliver, I may need you to tweek some more for improvement purposes. Basically my specs may change after you have deleted, not by much, but I may suggest/request a better method.
What will the script do?:
I need a script o autogenerate more files after it has parsed and looped through a master file.
EXAMPLE:
Let's say we currently we have 3 files:
xfile1
xfile2
xfile3
We need to create xfile4 and xfile5.
To do this:
buld shell script will:
a. delete current xfile1, xfile2 and xfile3.
b. it will parse and loop a master file based on manual inserted parameters, simple values as in Y, digits (1, 2, 3, 4) and so forth.
When the build shell script is completed:
It will tell you how many new files it created and give you a listing.
xfile1
xfile2
xfile3
xfile4
xfile5
