Shopify member only website

Hi, i am looking for someone to help me create a members only site. I currently have set up my shopify account and have loaded a theme and a few products.
I need the homepage of the site to be a good looking page and advertise what the site has. this page must have an option for user to sign in or register.
only once users register can they enter the site.

Please dont send generic response. i will only make payment once the project is complete to my satisfaction.

I would like it to be complete before the end of the week if possible
