Project Description:
I have a live Magento store running version 1.4.1.1. Need to have it upgraded to the latest stable version of Magento cost effectively. Do not want to disrupt store activity (there is VERY little right now, but don't want to lose any data, customer data, etc). Would need you to run a backup of our entire site/store before doing the upgrade - just in case something goes wrong you can restore the current version and data while the problem is solved.
