Have a live production web store running Magento 1.5.0.1. Looking to upgrade to 1.6.2.0.

I expect this to be done in a test environment first, THEN on the live website.

Please be VERY knowledgeable of Magento and its database, and have done magento upgrades in the past.

Please dont bid if you currently have 20 other projects going on. Looking for someone who will do this, and only this, until its done.
