Project Description:

I recently acquired a W.I.S.P (Wireless Internet Service Provider) and I currently send invoices by mail with quickbooks, I have a working authorize.net account to process credit cards, I have a Mikrotik Core PC Router, and an extra server. I have a godaddy website. I just need someone to setup and configure a way for my customers to be able to pay their bill online and some sort of authorization for my network, sort of like a hotspot. I would like the non-paying customers to come to a screen that tells them to pay their bill online and then they can get online without them having to call me or me having to shut them off for non payment. This can all be done remotely and I have 2 blank servers if needed. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me.
