Project Description:
Your responsibilities:
- Respond via email on all business days to customer inquiries, using Gmail and OsTicket
- Make any changes needed to orders and assist customers with order related questions
- Social Media management for customer service inquiries
Your qualifications:
- Must be available on USA business days
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
- Previous experience with Osticket is preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of online communication tools
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
- References or an established reputation on Freelancer
