I need someone sending the same message to 15,000 Facebook Users IDs from my own database. The message will be provided by myself. I will provide you the list of Facebook ID's in an Excel sheet.
Please, specify how are you planning to do this without the page being banned by facebook. Also specify total price and how long it will take to you to do this.
I would appreciate if you could provide me of an estimation for extracting the maximum email addresses from that list.
