I need to build a program that will work on variuos touch screens including dell, apple ipad and tufftab, the program will have various screens that either callout a gift registry, scan a barcode for pricing, locate items in a store, merge someones shopping list on there smartphone with where the items are in a store, the software will allow for announcements from a store's network to recognize it and send notification to the customers smartphone, the program will have a secured database and bluetooth connectivity. It will have the ability to operate in real time, with online and email access. it will be able to run two two inch screens that stream video continuously within the main interface. The developer will need to agree to working with us full-time as a consultant on an as needed basis.
