Project Description:
Project is to customize a DC++ filesharing client for LAN use.
Use a simple (open source) DC client as a base, for example DC PlusPlus or RevConnect. Windows platform only.
things to be customized:
Remove features related to file hashing
Remove lots of un-neccesary configuration options and functions
The client would be used to connect to a local dc++ hub, with easy selection of files to share, and no slow hashing to get started. goal is a minimum of configuration and setup required for the user.
