I am looking for a programmer to help rough out and test the possibility of different functionality in a Photoshop plugin. I need the UI to be built with QT and the final plugin should be able to be compiled in Visual Studio 2010. The three main things I need implemented at this stage in the plugin are that it can log into a SQL database online and pull down information, play a video inside the UI using the webkit, look for if a layer is named "A" and if so rename it to "B" when a button in the gui is pushed, and be able to remain open while using other Photoshop functionality.
