Web site integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Project Description:
We have a web site built in Classic ASP and SQL Server 2008 which is hosted on Windows Server 2008 and IIS 7.5

We also have a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, although this is not hosted on the server hosting the web site.

Our web site has enquiry forms and we need to make it so that when their enquiry is entered on the web site a record is created in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
