We are launching a new student information system (SIS) that we would like to have integrated with Google mail, calendar, drive and perhaps sites.
The integration should automatically create:
- Google Group for each class
- Single sign on for all users
Email and Drive
- Access to all files within our SIS
- Email and Drive Folder for each class, teacher, and student automatically created
- Activity page that shows the latest activity of student folders that can be filtered by student, class, date, etc.
Google Calendar
- Assignment, tests, events, schedule, and SIS calendar integrated into the google calendar
Sites
- Google Site for each class, teacher and each student automatically created
