Software to manage mystery shopping experience, developing questionnaires, scoring for sections and categories, creating clients, then creating tasks, then assigning tasks to shoppers, shoppers receive tasks, fill questionnnaires, submit jobs, proofreaders receive jobs, proofreade it, submit it, admin can see all jobs status.
Software includes: admin phase, client phase, shoppers phase, proofreaders phase, reporting phase.
Admin can set up clients structure and waves, questionnaires, create tasks, assigns tasks, adds new users. Users would be admins, analysts, shoppers, proofreaders, clients. Admin controls everything. Jobs can be removed from shoppers accounts, dashboard should show summary of jobs in que, completed, accepted, under process ... etc.
Full details of the software is available but not documentation. I want to know about software maintenenace also because I am willing to continue the work with the programmer on the software improvement and maintenance for me continously.
