Our governmental office is looking to implement Salesforce.com crm in Dec. 2014.
We would need someone to advise and implement from start to finish.
Acquire and install software and set it up so it includes project/management workflow and capture all contacts with the office in a central database including consolidate existing contact lists, tracking constituent complaints, recording donors and capturing data on all constituent visits to our office and so forth.
We would also require some training our 5 member staff in basic functions and how to use the system.
No real specs yet- assuming the right candidate would assist in that / have other similar projects to reference.
We are looking to work directly with someone (no subcontracting).
Whoever we hire must be good communicator (written / verbal), English fluent, available to discuss by phone/video conference.
For initial consideration- please include (any) related similar projects, clients, history/experience, and certifications.
We need to secure a minimum of three bid proposals because we are publicly funded and are required to obtain three competetive bids.
