Project Description:
Agents receive a call and then various windows (Dashboard) are populated with data. Installed on each PC is a program (for our phone system that can push caller information to another program) that will send (1) caller’s phone number, (2) account number, and (3) account name to the Dashboard. Dashboard will take the account number (second field), parse the database, and display customer-related information.
Each of the following data will have its own resizable, minimize-able, and close-able window (or browser instance if web-based) that remembers where it was placed and its size before being closed. All Windows (including the manager’s global message) update when a new call arrives. If an unknown account number (or null value) is provided to the Dashboard, no data will display except for the manager’s global message. All text displays formatted (i.e. bold, color, size).
