We are looking to bring on a person that can set up our corporate customer templates within our CRM system and setup new Customers. We will also hire our contractor to be on call to handle customer support questions. Successful candidate must be willing to become an expert in the use of our CRM software application to successfully perform job. You should be a fast learner and will receive training on our software application prior to starting. Successful candidate must have A+ software and web site integration and skills.
Candidate will be required to spend time on the telephone with Customers from time to time and will be responsible for answering questions regarding our software and Customer set up questions via telephone or email. Strongly prefer candidate located in the United States for this position. We are located in Phoenix, Arizona. Candidate must be fluent in the English language in order to effectively handle both verbal and written communications.
