Project Description:
Using the following components and an Arduino ATMega2560 I would need the following coded

DSB18B20 Temp sensor
DHT21 Temp/Humidity Sensor
5V hi/low Relay Modules
062301 Water level sensor
LED Display Module (DX.com sku number 254978)
Low power LED's



Temperature from Humidity sensor displayed on first LED Module in Degrees F
Humidity as % Displayed on second LED Module
Temperature from lone temperature sensor Displayed on Third Led Module
Water level sensor reading at any level above 99% percent to light a single low power LED
Water level sensor reading at 0 percent to close Relay one for 180 seconds and light a single low power LED for 24 hours before turning the LED off

Regarding the temperature sensor (DSB18B20) -
Temperature less then 74 degrees F closes Relay two until temperature reaches 76 degrees F
Temperature greater then 80 degrees F closes Relay Three until temperature reaches 76 degrees F
Temperatures less then 70 degrees F light a single low power LED for 24 hours before turning the LED off
Temperature greater then 82 degrees F light a single low power LED for 24 hours before turning the LED off

Regarding the temperature input from the DHT21 -
Temperature less then 74 degrees F closes Relay Four until temperature reaches 76 degrees F
Temperature greater then 80 degrees F closes Relay Three until temperature reaches 76 degrees F
Temperatures less then 70 degrees F light a single low power LED for 24 hours before turning the LED off
Temperatures greater then 82 degrees F light a single low power LED for 24 hours before turning the LED off

Regarding humidity input from the DHT21 -
Humidity is less then 85% closes relay Five and closes Relay Six until Humidity Reaches 99%
Humidity is less then 80% to light a single low power LED for 24 hours before turning the LED off

Time between 7:00 and 19:00 Closes Relay Seven and Opens Relay Eight
Time between 19:01 and 6:59 Opens Relay Seven and Closes Relay Eight
Time at 9:00 and 17:00 Close relays Five and Six for 300 seconds
