I am looking for someone to design a software similar to the virtual dressing room in the following links

All the cloth 3d model will provide from Dosch 3D Clothing
The software must have the following features:
1) Proper alignment of face to the apparel along with proper dimension and ratio of face to body.
2) this project must have the capability to follow motion tracking feature of leg and hand bending movement..
3) the completed product shell be the proprietor of the purchaser once payment for the project
4) Guide me to the tutorial to do all the adjustment... add/remove/replace & etc....
5) Must give an accurate shape of the body and the fit of the apparel on the consumer trying it.
6) Must look almost same when a person actual tries the apparel physically and virtually
7) Must look realistic,must not give a mismatched appearance and make a customer to buy the apparel.
8) Must be fast and user friendly.
9) Must match the height, weight ,waist size etc so that the apparel looks perfect on the customers body.
10) Must have the same motion tracking feature to change from one apparel to the other.
11) Must have ability for the customer to enter their own custom measurements, such as waist size, length , neck size also the ability for the customer to enter their own custom clothes measurement into the database for each customer and be able to share the database with other customers.
12) should have a place where friends can rate clothes and make comments like on facebook type format.
13) I'm gonna used this software with kinect xbox360..
14)I must have the control to add new products every now and then rite??
15)I must have control to copy for use with any KINECT rite??
16)I will provide you the 3d models. There will be formal, non-formal, shoes and accessories.
17)There will be with blank background.
18) Hope budget not expensive & can be long term communication with u..
19) The completed product shall be the proprietor of the purchaser once payment for the project is made and remain confidential...
20) Give me all the source file & source code about this project...
Products that can be tried on are T-shirts, shirts, shorts, jackets, shirts, jeans, accessories etc
There will be with original background.
